We are often called upon to serve documents of varying types on hostile respondents or where service has been attempted and the serving agent may have experienced a high level of hostility or encountered aggressive or potentially threatening behavior from the respondent. We are now pleased to offer fully qualified, experienced and professionally licensed officers capable of dealing with such hostile encounters with ease.
Our enhanced services can, in many situations save a huge amount of resources and cost. Our highly skilled officers can effect service in the usual manner whilst being in a position to deal with any hostility that may arise without the need to enlist the support of the local authorities and without causing harm to agents. Furthermore, this enables your direct costs to remain as low as possible and often without the need to charge additional fees or hourly rates, which, is often the case when waiting endlessly for an officer to become free from other important duties.
VICTIM / WITNESS SUPPORT & PROTECTION
In situations where a witness is a crucial element to the outcome of a legal case, sometimes, threats can be made or carried out. As a result the witness then becomes reluctant to cooperate or worse, could be at risk of serious harm. Our team of professionals can provide detailed and exceptionally high levels of protection, so that they feel secure and protected from such threats.
