TEENAGER PROBLEMS
I personally remember a time in my life when I was 15 years of age, I had no care in the world or thought or consideration for other peoples feelings other than my friends. My only beliefs in life was that everything everyone was telling me that was wrong was actually in my eyes "right"
Society is a constant movement of change, today kids see things no differently than when we were kids, the main difference today is that teenagers are faced with so many different pressures and of course risks. Drugs appear to be more freely available and where once upon time it was nothing more serious than smoking some herbal tobacco, it is now a more deadlier game of "experimenting" with new "high's"
The problems that decent loving and caring parents face in today's society is knowing where and what your kids are doing. Some parents blame themselves, others blame the system and society in general in the way in which they feel teenagers are not receiving enough support. The fact is, no matter how well you have brought up your children to know right from wrong, it doesn't stop someone luring them into a false sense of security.
There are of course parents (maybe like yourself) who are concerned about what their kids are getting up to, they may even suspect their kids are up to mischief but the question that needs answering is not always easy to obtain. If you confront your child, you may receive lies in return, not because they want to deliberately lie to you but they do it in order to protect friends and of course themselves.
We have conducted many assignments on behalf of concerned parents and as a parent myself I connect with these people as if it were my own child. Who is to say that one day my child may end up becoming friends with the wrong crowd? - I feel being an investigator helps! However, we can't all be investigators, time, emotion and finding out the truth first hand can often take its toll on people.

So, if you do suspect your child is mixing with the wrong crowd or socialising with people that could effect their career, their life or even their health then you have a choice to make. Turn a blind eye to it all and hope that they grow out of it before it's too late or do something about it...
